Day 1Casablanca Airport, Rabat (114 KM)

When you reach Casablanca airport you will meet a member of our team. Then we will leave for Rabat and if there is time we will even visit the Hassan Second Mosque which is one of the largest mosques in the world. Then we will continue towards Rabat which is the capital city of Morocco. Here we will visit the main historical sites such as Oudaya Kasbah, the Mausoleum of Mohamed Five and the Hassan Tower.

Day 2Rabat, Ouezzane, Chefchaouen (251 KM)

After breakfast, we will head towards Chefchaouen and we will be taking the Rif Mountains. It is an open plateau where you can find many valleys and ravines. Once you reach Chefchaouen you will be amazed by the beauty of this amazing city.

Day 3Exploring Chefchaouen

This will be your free day and you will have the liberty to easily explore the city of Chefchaouen on your own. It is a small city in the North of Morocco and is particularly known for its climate. The city was founded in 1471 by Jewish and Moorish people. The city also has an Andalusian aesthetic because most of the houses here are whitewashed. This makes the city a perfect place to walk and explore.

Day 4Chefchaouen, Volubilis, Meknes, Fes (260 KM)

After you have had your breakfast, we are going to make way towards Volubilis where you will explore the Roman ruins that date back to the second century. Then we will make our next stop at Meknes which is among the imperial cities of Morocco and was the capital of the country during the Seventeen century. Here you will see the famous Bab Mansour, the Square of Lehdim, the Granary and the Moulay Ismail mausoleum.

Day 5Exploring Fes with local Guide

On this day you will be exploring the olden Medina of Morocco that dates back to the eighth century. Here you will explore the narrow streets where the main mode of transportation is donkeys. On this tour, you will also visit the Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, the Nejjarine fountains, the University of Al Karaouine, and the King’s Palace.

Day 6Fes, Ifrane, Merzouga (459 KM)

The next morning we will be Morocco Travel by driving towards the Sahara desert. We will make our first stop at Ifrane which is also known as Little Switzerland. Then we will head towards the Cedar Forest where you might even see monkeys if you are lucky enough. Next, we will head towards Midelt where you will enjoy the most delicious lunch. We will then resume by driving through the Middle Atlas Mountains and visit the Ziz Valley as well which is surrounded by the most scenic views. After that, we will reach the Sahara desert and we will spend the night in Merzouga where you will enjoy dinner at night and breakfast in the morning.

Day 7Exploring Sahara Desert

The next morning we are going to take you for an excursion through the golden dunes of the Sahara desert where you can also see the black volcanic rocks and maybe meet a nomad family. You will have your lunch somewhere in Merzouga and from there we will go to Khamila which is a village where you can enjoy folk songs and original music. Then in the afternoon you will go back to your luxury desert camp on camels and spend the night there.

Day 8Merzouga, Todgha Gorges, Dades Valley (252 KM)

The next day, you will wake up early in the morning to witness the spectacular sunrise, this is certainly one of the highlights of the trip. Once you have had your breakfast in the middle of the dunes, you will have back to Merzouga on camelback. Then we will take the road towards the Dades Valley and along the way, we will stop at the Todghra Valley and Gorges where you will see the kasbahs. You will also get a chance to walk through the Gorges before continuing our journey towards Dades Valley. In Dades Valley, you will enjoy a lavish dinner at night and breakfast in the morning.

Day 9Dades Valley, Rose Valley, Ait-ben-Haddou Ksar, Marrakech (340 KM)

After you are done with breakfast, we will begin our Marrakech tours by driving towards the city. Again we will take the Dades Valley so that you can have another look at what nature is all about. We will then head towards Ouarzazate which is also known as the African Hollywood, and here you will tour the movie studios and also see the Taourirt Kasbah. We will then make way towards Ait-ben-Haddou Ksar which is a UNESCO world heritage site and it is the largest Ksar in Morocco. Movies like the Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia were filmed there. We will then take the Tichka Pass to reach Marrakech and we will arrive there by afternoon.

Day 10Exploring Marrakech with Local Guide

We are going to continue your Marrakech tour by immersing yourself in this city. You will get a chance to visit the Bahia Palace, Jamaa el Fna Square, the Saadienne tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, Ben Youssef Madrasa, and the Majorelle garden. Walking through the city you will get full experience including the sights and sounds. After sundown, it is recommended that you walk towards Jamaa el Fna where the city comes alive. Here you will find merchants, storytellers, and even snake charmers.

Day 11Day Trip to Essaouira (191 KM)

We will begin our day trips from Marrakech towards Essaouira at 8 AM, we are going to drive about 4 hours towards Mogador which was built by the Portuguese. The city is surrounded by French-built walls that were constructed in the eighteenth century. Essaouira is particularly famous for its handicrafts in wooden objects.

Day 12Exploring Essaouira

Today is going to be another free day where you can freely explore Essaouira, you can visit the Skala Fortress or just walk through the alleys and enjoy local food. Essaouira is also known as the City of the Wind and is famous for the annual Gnouas Music festival.

Day 13Essaouira, El Jadida (278 KM)

Once you have had your breakfast, you will journey towards El Jadida which is an Old Portuguese city along the Atlantic Ocean. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the Portuguese left this location by 1769. There are many Portuguese buildings that survived through the years, these buildings include the Church of the Assumption, the cistern, and more. Just enjoy the scenic beauty of this city and take in as much as you can.

Day 14El Jadida, Casablanca Airport

We are going to end this Casablanca tour by leaving El Jadida for Casablanca airport.
